Job Description
Licensing Coordinator managing regulatory permits and compliance for Cennox’s banking automation and commercial security services. Tracking technician credentials, applications, renewals, and state deadlines remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and maintain state-level corporate security licenses, electrical contractor credentials, and municipality permits required for field service deployments
- Coordinate background checks, fingerprinting filings, and state gaming or security card allocations for a nationwide network of field technicians
- Prepare, review, and file physical and digital licensing application packets
- Track varying state deadlines to prevent operational blackouts
- Track project licensing progress in internal databases such as Oracle Fusion
- Ensure legal approvals align with client project Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Serve as the central legal compliance contact for project management teams, corporate counsel, and third-party regulatory auditors
- Perform all other duties assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree level of education
- Minimum of 2–3 years of high-volume administrative compliance or licensing experience
- Experience within field technician routing, banking infrastructure, or commercial construction sectors is preferred
- Familiarity with state-by-state structural corporate regulations, commercial tax permits, and secretary of state registration laws across different regions
- Strong proficiency using digital tracking databases
- Proficiency with remote collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams
- Proficiency with scanning software
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Ability to communicate professionally
