Job Description

Lifecycle Marketing Specialist managing customer communications for Muvr, an on-demand logistics platform. Building engagement campaigns through email, SMS, and in-app messages while optimizing retention and reactivation strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Own customer communication strategies across the full journey—from onboarding to repeat usage, retention, and reactivation.
  • Build campaigns that drive engagement and loyalty through email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
  • Develop and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns across onboarding, retention, and reactivation.
  • Own messaging strategy through email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app channels.
  • Segment audiences and personalize communications to improve conversion and engagement.
  • Collaborate with Product and Growth teams to align lifecycle efforts with user experience.
  • Test and optimize messaging through A/B experiments and performance tracking.
  • Monitor lifecycle KPIs such as retention, repeat bookings, and customer lifetime value.
  • Build scalable automation workflows and campaign calendars.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or retention marketing roles
  • Strong understanding of customer journey marketing and segmentation
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (Braze, HubSpot, Iterable, Klaviyo, etc.)
  • Analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign performance
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Experience with Customer.io is strongly preferred; experience with comparable marketing automation platforms (e.g., MoEngage, Braze, etc.) is also highly valued.
  • Experience in marketplaces, logistics, mobility, or consumer tech platforms
  • Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and conversion optimization
  • Experience with push/SMS strategies and multi-channel lifecycle orchestration
