Job Description

Field Marketing Manager visiting agencies to foster relationships and support the sales process. Working remotely in Arkansas for Berkshire Hathaway Homestate Insurance Company.

Responsibilities:

  • Visits agencies in person or virtually to build relationships, set goals, and provide guidance using performance data
  • Serves as the main contact for agents by answering questions, resolving issues, and escalating more complex concerns when needed
  • Schedules and prepares for meetings by reviewing reports, tracking production and retention, and organizing materials for agency discussions
  • Maintains strong knowledge of products to train agents, support their sales efforts, and identify potential business opportunities
  • Monitors market trends and competitor activity, shares insights internally, and works with underwriting to understand decisions
  • Attends events and meetings to promote products, present updates, and strengthen relationships with agencies
  • Identifies and evaluates potential new agency partners and supports efforts to grow the network
  • Continues to develop marketing, communication, and industry knowledge through training and ongoing learning

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent 7 or more years related work experience
  • Knowledge of insurance and rating insurance products
  • Insurance industry experience and marketing techniques
