Job Description
Loan Processor handling Australian mortgage applications from submission to settlement. Requires experience in Australian mortgage processing and Finsure CRM.
Responsibilities:
- Manage loan applications from enquiry through to settlement
- Collect and follow up on outstanding client documents and supporting information
- Prepare and manage loan submissions using Finsure CRM
- Process applications with lenders and mortgage managers, including manual lodgement processes where required
- Maintain accurate file notes, application records, and workflow tracking
- Liaise with clients, lenders, solicitors, and third parties via phone and email
- Coordinate closely with brokers to ensure applications progress efficiently
- Monitor application milestones and proactively follow up outstanding requirements
- Ensure all documentation meets lender, aggregator, and compliance requirements
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail across all files
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Australian mortgage broking support, loan processing, or mortgage administration
- Strong end-to-end loan processing experience (not solely general administration)
- Previous experience using Finsure CRM
- Solid understanding of Australian home loan products, lending processes, and documentation requirements
- Experience managing multiple loan applications concurrently
- Familiarity with Australian mortgage compliance standards and lender requirements
- Comfortable working with both CRM-based and manual lender submission processes
- **PREFERRED EXPERIENCE (NOT REQUIRED)**:
- Experience supporting brokers within Australian aggregator environments
- Exposure to commercial lending and asset finance/car loans
- Experience with non-standard lenders and manual application processes
- Client-facing phone support experience
- Knowledge of lender servicing calculators and policy assessment processes
