Job Description
Maintenance Technician overseeing repair and maintenance for Nouria Energy Corporation retail locations. Ensuring operational, safe, and customer-ready facilities through hands-on maintenance expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee preventative and reactive maintenance across multiple retail locations
- Perform and/or coordinate repairs including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance
- Manage and prioritize service calls to ensure timely resolution
- Troubleshoot maintenance issues independently
- Ensure all work is completed safely and meets company standards
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams
- Maintain maintenance logs, schedules, and inventory
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of facilities maintenance experience REQUIRED
- Experience in retail or multi-unit environments preferred
- Strong skills in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across locations
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
