Job Description

Manager of Commercialization team delivering VIP Client Product Enablement and go-to-market programs at Velera. Guiding staff and ensuring successful implementation of projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing a team of Commercialization Managers that will deliver VIP Client Product Enablement and go to market programs.
  • Ensure consistent best practices are implemented and leveraged across all projects.
  • Develop and implement short-term and long-term team goals and objectives to achieve the successful outcome of go to market and commercialization programs.
  • Provide direction and leadership to staff; guide, coach, mentor and develop staff ensuring compliance with processes and procedures.
  • Execute a robust Pilot Process, including referenceable clients.
  • Ensure commercialization activities operate within the policies and procedures of the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Project Management Certification or related training/certification preferred.
  • Seven (7) years experience in Product Management, Project Management and/or related field.
  • Three (3) years of direct leadership experience.
  • Experience in financial services, card payments, banking, and related products and processes highly preferred.
