Job Description
Manager of Commercialization team delivering VIP Client Product Enablement and go-to-market programs at Velera. Guiding staff and ensuring successful implementation of projects.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing a team of Commercialization Managers that will deliver VIP Client Product Enablement and go to market programs.
- Ensure consistent best practices are implemented and leveraged across all projects.
- Develop and implement short-term and long-term team goals and objectives to achieve the successful outcome of go to market and commercialization programs.
- Provide direction and leadership to staff; guide, coach, mentor and develop staff ensuring compliance with processes and procedures.
- Execute a robust Pilot Process, including referenceable clients.
- Ensure commercialization activities operate within the policies and procedures of the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Project Management Certification or related training/certification preferred.
- Seven (7) years experience in Product Management, Project Management and/or related field.
- Three (3) years of direct leadership experience.
- Experience in financial services, card payments, banking, and related products and processes highly preferred.
