Job Description
Market Access Manager advancing oncology and haematology medicine reimbursement across Australia and New Zealand. Developing PBAC submissions, pricing strategies, and payer evidence for BeOne Medicines.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute market access strategies across Australia and New Zealand
- Evaluate reimbursement, pricing, and evidence-generation options
- Conduct reimbursement feasibility assessments
- Communicate implications for portfolio prioritisation, launch sequencing, and lifecycle management
- Lead or contribute to PBAC and other HTA submissions
- Develop evidence-based submission content and technical analyses
- Represent Market Access on cross-functional teams
- Provide actionable access and payer insights for business planning, evidence generation, launch readiness, and lifecycle strategy
- Provide technical pricing support, including pricing analyses, recommendations, reimbursement scenarios, pricing business cases, and financial and access analyses
- Monitor and interpret the reimbursement and policy environment in Australia and New Zealand
- Support stakeholder engagement activities advancing access objectives
- Collaborate with regional and global teams on evidence planning, forecasting, scenario planning, and access and pricing strategy
- Operate autonomously according to experience and appointment level
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree required
- Minimum 3-5 years of market access experience in HTA market required
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical market access or health economics
- Demonstrated PBAC submission experience
- Tertiary qualification in Health Economics, Public Health, Science, Pharmacy, or a related field
- Experience in oncology and/or haematology market access strongly preferred
- Strong capability in developing high-quality HTA submissions, evidence-based value propositions, and technical analyses
- Strong understanding of PBS pricing, listing pathways, post-listing processes, and lifecycle management
- Proficient in budget impact modelling for PBAC submissions and internal forecasting
- Ability to understand and critically review cost-effectiveness models
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects independently, including external vendors and timelines
- Ability to work effectively across cross-functional and matrix teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in standard computer applications, with advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience using digital and AI-enabled tools for research, data analysis, content development, and workflow efficiency
- Appropriate attention to quality, validation, governance, and compliance
