Job Description
Manager, Software Engineering managing high quality workflows and APIs for Alkami’s digital banking solutions. Leading a technology team while ensuring cohesive product delivery and support.
Responsibilities:
- Build core experiences used by bank administrators and customers with high quality product workflows
- Design and implement user facing flows and scalable APIs
- Integrate with third party services to support banking functionality
- Contribute production grade code with strong documentation and testing
- Help translate product requirements into elegant, maintainable solutions
- Mentor and enable team through technical guidance and code reviews
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a technology leadership role
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering with hands-on coding
- Strong background in object oriented programming such as React.js, TypeScript, Node.js, Python
- Strong experience building Systems and API development
- Strong experience working with eventing technologies such as Kafka
- Strong experience with Databases such as Postgres
- Passion for high-performance and high-throughput design
- Successful in managing multiple concurrent work streams
