Job Description
Manager driving Technical Solutions for GEICO's Independent Agency channel through feature prioritization and customer insights. Collaborating with internal teams and managing business analyst development in a remote role.
Responsibilities:
- Owns the feature business prioritization and roadmap for a given workstream
- Identifies and measures feature key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Works closely with other areas of the company to understand the tradeoffs of technical decisions
- Manages tech request intake, triage and communications
- Reports on performance to stakeholders demonstrating incremental value creation
- Plays active role in user acceptance testing
- Defines scalable product solutions by deep knowledge of internal and external customer habits
- Attracts, retains, and develops Business Analysts on their product career
- Coaches associates and take disciplinary action or terminates the employment of associates as appropriate
Requirements:
- 2+ years in Property & Casualty Insurance or related field required
- Must be able to follow complex instructions, resolve conflicts or facilitate conflict resolution, and have strong organization/priority setting skills
- Must be able to multi-task
- Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant years of experience preferred
- Agile certifications preferred (i.e. SAFe, Scrum Alliance, Scrum.Org, ICAgile, PMI-ACP)
