Job Description
Total Rewards Manager leading health, welfare, global mobility, and relocation programs for Lamb Weston, a global frozen-food manufacturer. Supporting compensation strategy, compliance, vendors, and employee experience.
Responsibilities:
- Lead strategy, design, renewal, evaluation, financial management, governance and continuous improvement of North America Health & Welfare, Global Mobility and Relocation programs
- Lead vendor and consultant relationships, including service expectations, performance monitoring, fee and outcome reviews, issue resolution, sourcing and contract decisions
- Lead cross-functional benefit initiatives, project and change management, and team capability efforts
- Lead annual enrollment readiness and change implementation, including plans, requirements, testing, communications, enablement and post-implementation review
- Prepare recommendations and presentations for Total Rewards leadership, senior leaders and benefit committees
- Develop and review financial models, forecasts, rate recommendations and planning materials
- Partner with HR HUB and HRIS teams on plan administration, eligibility, enrollment, interfaces, controls, audits and escalations
- Ensure compliance with federal and state requirements and plan documents; coordinate with Legal and advisors on risk mitigation, notices, filings and documentation
- Manage short-term and long-term international assignments and permanent international relocations, including physical relocation, immigration and tax
- Advise HR and management on mobility policies and practices aligned with global policy standards
- Partner with relocation, immigration and tax vendors on initiations, billing and reporting
- Support Compensation programs and projects, including job evaluation, market pricing, salary recommendations, compensation-cycle activities, data validation, analytics and process documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience required
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience with administration of compensation and/or benefits programs
- 7+ years HR Information System (HRIS) related experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing other employees
- 2+ years of recent experience supporting projects related to Workday HCM, Advanced Compensation, Workday benefit plan configuration and reporting strongly preferred
- Technologically adept and able to work with multiple Microsoft applications
- Experience with HRIS and compensation/benefit databases
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables, VLookUp, Concatenation and other functions
- High work capacity, results-oriented drive and strong sense of urgency
- Some travel may be required
