Job Description

Total Rewards Specialist administering global benefits, compensation cycles, audits, and reporting. Supporting JumpCloud’s AI-powered unified IT management platform from India.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute end-to-end benefit enrollments and status changes across US and international platforms
  • Generate and distribute benefit enrollment documentation and follow up with new hires
  • Assist with administrative tracking and compliance for medical, parental, and maternity leaves
  • Manage benefit terminations across carrier portals and ensure accurate insurance continuation notices
  • Conduct compensation analysis, market benchmarking, pay equity checks, and salary range comparisons
  • Support annual merit, bonus, and equity cycles through data preparation, validation, and system loading
  • Assist with job leveling, job architecture, compensation structures, and salary bands/ranges
  • Prepare self-billing schedules and forward approved premium invoices to Accounts Payable
  • Research and resolve billing discrepancies with Payroll and insurance carriers
  • Calculate benefit premium adjustments and coordinate monthly payroll deductions and contributions
  • Support annual benefits enrollment and renewal periods, including multi-country census datasets and system configurations
  • Coordinate insurance carrier paperwork, applications, and implementation forms
  • Draft, edit, and localize employee communications and support benefits webinars
  • Maintain Total Rewards documentation, process guides, FAQs, and employee intranet sites
  • Support special projects such as system implementations, program redesigns, and vendor evaluations
  • Perform benefits and compensation data validation audits across HRIS and vendor platforms
  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc compensation and benefits reports for HR, Finance, and leadership
  • Support compliance reporting and filings, including pay transparency and benefits compliance
  • Process global pension and 401(k) contribution updates and adjustments
  • Respond to employee benefits inquiries, resolve carrier access issues, and coordinate claims escalations
  • Contribute to wellness campaigns and health initiatives
  • Research and update international paid holiday calendars across the Americas, APAC, and EMEA
  • Provide general administrative and analytical support across Total Rewards

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or a related HR function
  • Ability and willingness to be available for calls in the evenings 2–3 days per week to align with US/Mexico team members
  • Working knowledge of compensation fundamentals, including base pay, bonus, market pricing, and pay equity concepts
  • Prior exposure to benefits or eagerness and ability to quickly master varied global statutory frameworks
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data sorting
  • Exposure to modern HRIS platforms; ADP preferred
  • Meticulous document control habits using platforms like Egnyte and DocuSign
  • High attention to numeric accuracy
  • Absolute discretion regarding sensitive PII/PHI data
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must be located in and authorized to work in India
  • Fluent spoken and written English
