Job Description
Total Rewards Analyst supporting Americas benefits and compensation programs at KnowBe4, a digital workforce security company. Managing Workday, vendor, compliance, leave, and compensation processes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the benefits renewal process across Americas countries, coordinating with brokers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Administer benefits enrollment and setup for new hires across supported countries
- Review, reconcile, and process vendor and carrier invoices, resolving discrepancies
- Support pension and retirement program administration, including contributions, enrollments, and vendor coordination
- Draft and distribute benefits communications
- Monitor and support compliance with local benefits regulations and reporting requirements
- Assist with wellness program coordination and promotion
- Serve as a front-line resource for benefits inquiries, employee emails, and Workday tasks
- Manage Leave of Absence processes, including tracking, documentation, and coordination with HR and payroll
- Support market adjustments and promotion processes
- Assist with the annual merit increase cycle, including data validation, calculations, and communications
- Support the annual bonus process, including eligibility checks, calculations, and reporting
- Provide coaching support to managers on compensation questions, tools, and guidelines
- Perform Workday approvals and maintain compensation data integrity
- Support administration of the AwardCo recognition platform
- Coordinate salary survey participation, including data submission and vendor coordination
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Total Rewards, HR, Benefits, or Compensation administration, ideally with exposure to multi-country/Americas programs
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience working with HRIS platforms; Workday preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive, confidential data
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, global organization
- Comfortable working flexible hours to overlap with Canada, Latin America, and US time zones as needed
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and formulas
