Job Description
Managing Consultant für IT-Service-Management bei unabhängiger IT-Management- und IT-Security-Beratung. Beratung auf C-Level sowie Leitung von IT-Sourcing- und Transformationsprojekten.
Responsibilities:
- Advise clients at management and C-level
- Identify the interdependencies between IT and the business and contribute to the strategic alignment of clients’ IT organizations
- Lead IT sourcing and transformation projects to achieve sustainable improvements in the IT organization’s cost efficiency, quality, and scalability
- Design service delivery models and increase the business value of IT
- Support the implementation and continuous development of IT services
- Provide technical leadership to consultants and support their professional development
Requirements:
- Completed university degree
- At least five years of relevant project and consulting experience in IT service management
- Experience in a leadership role is preferred
- Sound understanding of ITIL and other relevant frameworks
- Experience managing complex IT organizations
- Strong strategic thinking skills
- Ability to analyze complex interdependencies and derive practical recommendations for action
- High level of personal responsibility
- Structured approach to work
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Business-fluent German
