Job Description

Market Manager overseeing Alabama collision-repair locations for The Boyd Group. Leading operations, staff performance, customer satisfaction, safety, and market growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and manage results for multiple locations within a designated market
  • Ensure consistent execution of the WOW Operating Way plan across all locations
  • Coordinate location activities with General Managers and monitor capture rates
  • Hold staff accountable for shop performance, SOP adherence, and customer service
  • Conduct daily load-leveling calls for the market
  • Recruit, interview, and train new hires
  • Coach staff, resolve customer concerns, and support continuous education and development
  • Participate in external marketing and team-building activities
  • Promote safe and clean working conditions and review audits and safety records
  • Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment and document safety-policy violations
  • Work with corporate staff on market growth, reporting, and communications
  • Review location performance against goals and coach managers
  • Contact claims managers and dealer accounts monthly
  • Conduct monthly in-person operations reviews and audits
  • Develop relationships with insurance contacts and referral points
  • Ensure stores respond to clients in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • Minimum of five years collision repair industry experience
  • Minimum of three years of management experience
  • ICAR Platinum certification preferred
  • Estimating license if applicable in the state
  • Ability to read and understand financial statements
  • Extensive estimating experience
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, with reasonable accommodations available where applicable
