Job Description
Remote Dutch-speaking Market Research Associate supporting M3’s healthcare and life-science market research panels. Recruiting respondents, managing panel engagement, and resolving member inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Execute recruitment tasks for projects in global regions and assigned QQFS markets
- Contact M3 Global Research panelists by phone and conduct cold calling to recruit respondents
- Schedule interviews
- Plan, organize, and implement panel recruitment solutions to maximize internal resources and reduce outsourcing costs
- Provide project updates on work completed, progress, results, and action plans
- Escalate projects to the senior manager when recruitment is off track
- Ensure outsourcing targets for allocated markets are achieved
- Meet monthly registration targets for the Scandinavia region and assigned markets
- Execute panel-building initiatives
- Call new registrants to confirm and update email addresses
- Reactivate user accounts
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve inquiries and complaints across multiple systems
- Resolve project-specific issues with the Project Management team
- Handle respondent inquiries according to company policy and resolution timelines
- Assist with communication procedures, guidelines, and Support Ticket System enhancements
- Build and maintain relationships with panel members through professional multichannel communication
- Provide support to M3 Global Research members via telephone, email, and support tickets
- Collaborate with the global Panel team to resolve internal and external system and process issues
- Investigate fraudulent respondents and take action under M3 data quality procedures
- Verify newly registered members
- Complete link testing for online market research projects and overlays for qualitative online screeners
Requirements:
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication with diverse audiences
- Proficient PC skills, including Microsoft Office tools, Internet, social media, email, and tools required within assigned responsibilities
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and investigative skills
- Ability to ask probing questions, respond effectively and accurately, and ensure audiences feel supported
