Job Description

Marketing & Events Assistant at ZigZag, providing support for marketing, events, and business operations. Engaging in social media management, event logistics, and content creation.

Responsibilities:

  • Support marketing, events, and business operations
  • Assist with content planning, social media management, event logistics, website updates, and SEO activities
  • Manage event registrations and attendee communications
  • Coordinate event logistics and follow-up activities
  • Assist with content creation across digital channels
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in marketing, communications, events, or administration
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience managing social media platforms and scheduling tools
  • Strong Canva skills
  • Understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing best practices
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Search Console is desirable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
