Job Description
Marketing Specialist at Command|Link driving growth through campaigns and events in a remote role. Collaborating directly with Head of Marketing, managing lead development and campaign execution.
Responsibilities:
- Work with our Head of Marketing to help execute executive dinners and customer events
- Build qualified invite lists in partnership with sales
- Own event promotion/outreach across email and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Research and secure event venues (restaurants, galleries, museums, etc)
- Own and manage RSVPs
- Manage day-to-day execution of paid LinkedIn and Meta ad campaigns (AdWords experience is a plus but not required)
- Monitor performance and propose optimizations
- Test creative, messaging, and targeting to improve ROI
- Own and nurture leads who convert on TOFU marketing content into MQLs
- Track campaign performance and report on results tied to pipeline
- Maintain organized workflows across campaigns and tools
- Use AI tools and prompt-based workflows to accelerate research and campaign execution
- Take on additional responsibilities and projects as needed to support the success of the team and organization
Requirements:
- 2–5+ years in a hands-on marketing role (growth, demand gen, or field marketing preferred)
- Experience running paid social ad campaigns
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or outbound prospecting tools
- Comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Strong execution mindset — you ship and iterate
- Data-aware and ROI-focused
- Familiarity with AI tools and prompt engineering is a requirement
- Copywriting ability is helpful but not required
