Job Description

Marketing Specialist at Command|Link driving growth through campaigns and events in a remote role. Collaborating directly with Head of Marketing, managing lead development and campaign execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with our Head of Marketing to help execute executive dinners and customer events
  • Build qualified invite lists in partnership with sales
  • Own event promotion/outreach across email and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Research and secure event venues (restaurants, galleries, museums, etc)
  • Own and manage RSVPs
  • Manage day-to-day execution of paid LinkedIn and Meta ad campaigns (AdWords experience is a plus but not required)
  • Monitor performance and propose optimizations
  • Test creative, messaging, and targeting to improve ROI
  • Own and nurture leads who convert on TOFU marketing content into MQLs
  • Track campaign performance and report on results tied to pipeline
  • Maintain organized workflows across campaigns and tools
  • Use AI tools and prompt-based workflows to accelerate research and campaign execution
  • Take on additional responsibilities and projects as needed to support the success of the team and organization

Requirements:

  • 2–5+ years in a hands-on marketing role (growth, demand gen, or field marketing preferred)
  • Experience running paid social ad campaigns
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or outbound prospecting tools
  • Comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Strong execution mindset — you ship and iterate
  • Data-aware and ROI-focused
  • Familiarity with AI tools and prompt engineering is a requirement
  • Copywriting ability is helpful but not required
