Job Description
Master Field Technician repairing chronic NCR Atleos ATMs and performing preventative maintenance. Troubleshooting equipment for a global financial-access technology company.
Responsibilities:
- Verify, troubleshoot, isolate, repair, and test equipment to ensure quality, long-lasting repairs
- Repair chronic units and outliers, working on an average of 2 ATMs each day
- Complete full preventative maintenance on all modules
- Use NCR Atleos knowledge systems, repositories, and resources
- Manage PPK to ensure correct parts are on hand
- Review device logs and decode them to identify root causes
- Travel outside the regular service area as needed, including occasional overnight stays
- Provide input to knowledge systems as required
- Deliver quality support and enhanced results meeting established KPIs and customer SLAs
- Coach and mentor local teams when needed
- Comply with NCR Atleos policies, including shared values, code of conduct, health and safety, timekeeping, and fleet policies
- Perform other corresponding duties and tasks as directed by the employer
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in NCR ATM repair
- Completion of Basic and Advanced ATM training in NCRU
- Recommendation from your Direct Manager
- Proven performance through quality data
- Knowledge of NCR Atleos ATM Diagnostic tools, Troubleshooting, and Repair processes
- Knowledge of Electrical Engineering (preferred)
- Advanced understanding of Networking Technology (preferred)
- Great knowledge of NCR Atleos’ products and processes (preferred)
- Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job
- Willingness and ability to work flexible schedules, which may include night and weekend shifts (where applicable), and to perform overtime work upon management request or need
- Ability to travel outside the regular service area as needed, potentially requiring occasional overnight stays
- Compliance with company fleet policies and safe-driving requirements
