Job Description

Mental Health Contact Center Coach providing evidence-based support remotely for military service members. Utilizing coaching techniques to assist with mental health needs and transitions.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized, evidence-based coaching via phone, video, text or email to address full range of service member needs including acute stress or disengagement risk
  • Use structured documentation aligned with program objectives and performance requirements
  • Coordinate warm handoffs with Contact Center Specialists and activate escalation protocols for safety concerns

Requirements:

  • Must have a master’s degree in a mental health-related field
  • Must be a licensed mental health professional (social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, behavioral health counseling)
  • Preferably at least a minimum of three years of experience delivering in-person patient care
  • Has clinical experience in triage, care management, motivational interviewing, and crisis counseling
  • Has experience working with military service members and veterans regarding mental health
