Job Description
Mental Health Contact Center Coach providing evidence-based support remotely for military service members. Utilizing coaching techniques to assist with mental health needs and transitions.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized, evidence-based coaching via phone, video, text or email to address full range of service member needs including acute stress or disengagement risk
- Use structured documentation aligned with program objectives and performance requirements
- Coordinate warm handoffs with Contact Center Specialists and activate escalation protocols for safety concerns
Requirements:
- Must have a master’s degree in a mental health-related field
- Must be a licensed mental health professional (social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, behavioral health counseling)
- Preferably at least a minimum of three years of experience delivering in-person patient care
- Has clinical experience in triage, care management, motivational interviewing, and crisis counseling
- Has experience working with military service members and veterans regarding mental health
