Job Description
Python Developer for CI&T building and evolving high-scale digital platforms using Python and FastAPI. Collaborating on a strategic project in technology sector with a focus on backend development.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and evolve backend applications using Python and FastAPI.
- Define and promote best practices in architecture and development.
- Participate in technical discussions and provide technical support to the team.
- Work on performance optimization, scalability, and observability of applications.
- Contribute to the evolution of the platform architecture.
- Take part in code reviews and mentor less experienced developers.
- Support quality, security, and technical governance initiatives.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in backend development using Python.
- Strong knowledge of FastAPI.
- Advanced experience with PostgreSQL and data modeling.
- Experience with distributed architectures and microservices.
- Experience with cloud environments, preferably AWS.
- Knowledge of observability, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Technical leadership skills and ability to make architectural decisions.
- Experience in agile environments.
