Job Description
Desenvolvedor pleno criando e mantendo aplicações, APIs e soluções backend, frontend ou fullstack. Apoio a CI/CD, testes automatizados e práticas ágeis em consultoria de tecnologia.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain applications, ensuring the adoption of software coding and design best practices
- Implement features based on business and technical requirements
- Contribute to the continuous evolution of solutions
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, collaborating with the team to define solutions
- Work with the team to resolve technical challenges
- Support process automation, including CI/CD and automated testing
- Ensure the quality and efficiency of deliverables
- Work as needed across one or more areas: backend, frontend, or full-stack
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or a degree in any field combined with a postgraduate qualification in IT (minimum 360 hours)
- Experience in software development, with proficiency in at least one programming language
- Knowledge of API development
- Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL)
- Knowledge of version control with Git
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Familiarity with software quality best practices
- Familiarity with automated testing and CI/CD
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication, teamwork, and active listening skills
- Autonomy, organization, and time-management skills, with a results-oriented mindset
- Proactivity, adaptability, continuous learning, and a strong sense of accountability
