Job Description

Learning Analyst at Libbs Pharmaceuticals developing training strategies and skills for factory staff. Implementing learning methodologies and managing training evaluations with focus on performance and safety.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the learning strategy for the factory, using training methodologies and tools that promote acquisition of technical and behavioral knowledge, reinforce the company's strategy, and respect the specific characteristics of the target audience.
  • Develop and implement knowledge and skills programs, ensuring employees attain the technical, behavioral and operational mastery required to perform their duties safely and effectively.
  • Ensure employees are trained in the use of tools and systems, and verify completion of mandatory trainings required by regulatory standards and essential for the role.
  • Design and deliver training sessions (in-person and online), and facilitate learning groups according to needs identified with the business areas, to ensure consistent knowledge levels across teams and shifts.
  • Conduct assessments and identify development needs within factory areas through frequent alignments and monitoring of their operational processes.
  • Analyze requests with a critical (technical and strategic) perspective, prioritizing actions that strengthen performance, safety, productivity and adherence to company standards.
  • Collaborate with subject-matter areas in hiring external consultancies and suppliers for factory training, validating content, methodologies and formats to ensure alignment with internal guidelines and effective knowledge dissemination.
  • Responsible for governance, validation and feedback on External Course requests related to factory areas, ensuring compliance with the Program standard.
  • Ensure efficient management of financial resources in line with company guidelines and policies, promoting responsible budget use and prioritizing initiatives that support operations and the technical development of the factory team.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary working groups, contributing to projects that require learning practices, technical development and operational performance improvement.
  • Record and monitor performance indicators for the trainings developed, creating action plans in partnership with interface areas whenever improvement opportunities are identified that impact safety, quality, productivity or process adherence.
  • Monitor market trends and innovations related to training, incorporating best practices and models into factory training programs to ensure continuous updating and prepare employees for the challenges of the role.
  • Communicate area and institutional guidelines and standards to managers and service areas, ensuring understanding, adherence and compliance with the rules and development programs managed by Talent Development.
  • Plan, organize and conduct technical onboarding training for new employees of the factory and Logistics Centers, delivered in-person on a weekly basis at our factory in Embu das Artes, ensuring new hires acquire the knowledge needed to work safely, productively and in alignment with Libbs' quality, culture and process standards.

Requirements:

  • Practical application of Active Learning Methodologies
  • Proficiency in Instructional Design
  • Structured development of learning pathways
  • Proficiency with authoring platforms (Articulate, Rise, Canva, etc.)
  • Experience with LMS (Learning Management Systems)
  • Ability to design learning assessments
  • Knowledge of results measurement
  • Experience in industry (preferably in a regulated environment)
  • Experience with automation and AI applied to training
