Job Description
Mobile Engineer owning iOS and Android for ElevenMusic, ElevenLabs’ AI-powered music app. Building rapid, high-quality experiences for musicians and creatives.
Responsibilities:
- Own ElevenMusic across iOS and Android
- Build mobile features for musicians and creatives
- Make mobile a primary product driver rather than a downstream port of web features
- Think across systems and user interfaces
- Work with high autonomy on a small, agent-first team
- Ship ideas rapidly through a very fast CI process
- Collaborate within ElevenLabs, an AI research and product company building AI voice, creative, agent, and audio API platforms
Requirements:
- Shipped a well-designed, production mobile app used and loved by real users, with demonstrable ownership
- Strong systems thinking across mobile and backend
- Framework-agnostic mobile development experience with React Native, Swift, or Kotlin
- Ability and expectation to work across iOS and Android
- Exceptional product taste and understanding of high-quality mobile experiences
- Highly self-directed, able to turn loose directions into shipped work and own outcomes
- Ability to operate in GMT-5 to GMT+1 timezones
- Musical interest or intuition is a bonus
- Open-source or GitHub contributions are a bonus
