Job Description

3D XR Developer building AI-enhanced Unity medical simulations for SyncVR Medical’s healthcare platform. Creating scalable training modules for hospitals and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Build scalable, AI-enhanced medical simulation and training modules
  • Write clean, modular C# code for interactive medical procedures
  • Develop reusable systems for surgical and anesthetic modules
  • Integrate high-fidelity 3D assets with Unity while optimizing engine performance
  • Optimize lighting, shaders, and assets for steady FPS on standalone Quest 3 headsets
  • Research and integrate AI tools into development workflows and dynamic training scenarios
  • Translate medical protocols into robust state-machine logic
  • Implement virtual medical equipment and patient reactions reflecting real operating-room behavior
  • Implement xAPI telemetry to track student progress
  • Ensure modules interoperate with centralized digital infrastructures and Learning Management Systems/LRS
  • Collaborate with 3D artists and medical experts within the Education project team

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of professional experience building real-time Unity applications and environments, from concept through delivery
  • Highly proficient in Unity
  • Confidence shipping features, improving existing systems, and solving complex technical challenges
  • Experience in game studios, XR agencies, or industrial simulation companies
  • Bonus: experience creating digital training, serious games, or simulation-based projects where accuracy, usability, and performance are critical
