Job Description
Especialista em Moodle App desenvolvendo e personalizando soluções móveis educacionais. Integrando Moodle a sistemas externos e otimizando segurança, desempenho e experiência do usuário.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize a Moodle App-based application according to institutional requirements.
- Integrate Moodle with external systems via REST APIs and authentication services.
- Apply security and performance best practices in mobile environments.
- Maintain plugins and specific modules used by the application.
- Collaborate with design and educational teams to improve the user experience.
- Monitor mobile application usage and performance metrics.
- Support the testing, approval, and publication processes for app stores (Google Play and the App Store).
- Maintain technical documentation on completed customizations.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or holding an undergraduate degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Postgraduate qualification (specialization, master’s, or doctoral degree) in Information Technology or a related field, comprising at least 360 hours.
- At least 4 years of professional experience in IT.
- At least 2 years of specialized experience developing and customizing Moodle-based solutions, with a focus on integrating and customizing the official mobile application (Moodle App), including knowledge of its architecture.
- Knowledge of mobile development, Moodle architecture and APIs, and Moodle App customization.
- Advanced knowledge of Moodle architecture, including PHP, databases, and web services.
- Proficiency with frameworks such as Ionic, Angular, and Cordova.
- Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) and federated authentication (OAuth 2.0, SAML).
- Knowledge of digital accessibility practices in educational environments.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools applied to the Moodle App lifecycle.
