Job Description
Analista de Suporte N1 remoto para sistemas de PDV, incluindo Linx e Bling. Diagnóstico, instalação, manutenção e atendimento técnico aos clientes.
Responsibilities:
- Remotely install, configure, and maintain POS systems, such as Linx, Bling, and others
- Provide remote technical support to diagnose and resolve issues
- Interact with customers through digital tools, ensuring fast and effective solutions
- Record and follow up on technical support tickets, keeping organized records
Requirements:
- Proven experience in technical support, especially with POS systems
- Knowledge of systems such as Linx, Bling, and similar platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for remote customer support
- Proactivity, organization, and the ability to work independently
- Suitable infrastructure for remote work (computer, stable internet connection, and a quiet work environment)
- Preferred: basic knowledge of networking and IT infrastructure
