Job Description
Service Policy Assurance Technician managing security-related incidents, providing education on SPAM/phishing, and assisting external customers. Experienced in cybersecurity and technical support for Comcast customers.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize multiple software systems to support Operations
- Assist customers in recovery from fraudulent activity
- Enforcing Comcast’s Acceptable Use Policy
- Addressing incoming operation tickets accurately and in timely manner
- Remain current on all workflow changes
- Prioritize workload and manage multiple time sensitive issues
Requirements:
- Comcast experience required for this position
- 2-5 years relevant work experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Able to speak to virus/malware, spam/phishing, identity theft and other security risks
- Experience with remote troubleshooting
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
