Job Description

Service Policy Assurance Technician managing security-related incidents, providing education on SPAM/phishing, and assisting external customers. Experienced in cybersecurity and technical support for Comcast customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize multiple software systems to support Operations
  • Assist customers in recovery from fraudulent activity
  • Enforcing Comcast’s Acceptable Use Policy
  • Addressing incoming operation tickets accurately and in timely manner
  • Remain current on all workflow changes
  • Prioritize workload and manage multiple time sensitive issues

Requirements:

  • Comcast experience required for this position
  • 2-5 years relevant work experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Able to speak to virus/malware, spam/phishing, identity theft and other security risks
  • Experience with remote troubleshooting
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
