Job Description
Virtual nurse practitioner managing HRT, menopause, weight, and related care. Delivering ongoing telemedicine treatment for women’s midlife health at Midi Health.
Responsibilities:
- Carry a full patient panel and manage perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep virtually
- Provide ongoing, relationship-based care over months and years
- Prescribe and independently manage HRT, including estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone
- Evaluate patients for pharmacologic weight management, including GLP-1 therapies
- Make autonomous clinical decisions
- Complete documentation and follow-through while meeting productivity benchmarks
- Run efficient visits while maintaining warmth and patient-centered care
- Manage multiple patients and platforms effectively
- Report to the Nurse Practitioner Manager
Requirements:
- Active board certification: FNP-C / FNP-BC or WHNP-BC
- Active NP license (DEA preferred) and willingness to obtain additional state licenses; multiple licenses is preferred
- 3+ years of experience practicing as a Nurse Practitioner
- Experience independently managing your own patients
- Comfort providing care via telemedicine
- Expert level technical proficiency and adaptability to new technologies
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship needs
- Experience in perimenopause and menopause care, including HRT is a plus
- Experience in weight management, including GLP-1s is a plus
- Experience managing an ongoing patient panel is a plus
- Experience with telemedicine is a plus
- Certification in Menopause (MSCP) and/or Obesity Medicine is a plus
- Strongest candidates typically bring 3+ years of experience across menopause care, HRT, panel management, and telemedicine, plus 1+ year in pharmacologic weight management
