Job Description
Nurse Practitioner providing virtual perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep care for Midi Health. Independently managing HRT and GLP-1 therapies for ongoing patient panels.
Responsibilities:
- Carry a full patient panel managing perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep virtually
- Provide ongoing, relationship-based care over months and years
- Prescribe and independently manage HRT, including estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone
- Evaluate patients for pharmacologic weight management, including GLP-1 therapies
- Make autonomous clinical decisions
- Complete documentation, ensure follow-through, and meet productivity benchmarks
- Run efficient visits while maintaining warmth and closing every care loop
- Use EHR, video, AI scribe tools, Slack, and clinical decision support systems
- Report to the Nurse Practitioner Manager
Requirements:
- Active board certification: FNP-C / FNP-BC or WHNP-BC
- Active NP license and willingness to obtain additional state licenses; DEA preferred; multiple licenses preferred
- 3+ years of experience practicing as a Nurse Practitioner
- Experience independently managing your own patients
- Comfort providing care via telemedicine
- Expert level technical proficiency and adaptability to new technologies
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship needs
