Job Description
Online Brand Protection Analyst assisting a global leader in brand protection. Focused on safeguarding brands against infringement and counterfeiting in the digital space.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyse online content for infringements in violation of clients’ intellectual property rights
- Carry out online enforcement for the protection of clients’ intellectual property rights
- Conduct status checking for enforced online content
- Handle pushbacks from platforms and third parties
- Escalate pushbacks from reported infringers to Client Managers
- Maintain accurate enforcement records and data
- Collect, collate, research, and analyse data to identify infringement trends
- Provide clients with insights into the scale of the infringement landscape
- Support Client Coordinators with client enquiries
- Attend and participate in client meetings
- Contribute to the enrichment of the collective knowledge pool of the team
- Contribute to the development of work procedures for improving efficiency
- Contribute to the design and development of Corsearch systems
Requirements:
- Strong interest in online brand protection and/or intellectual property
- Fluent Italian language skills
- Strong verbal and written English
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong data analytical skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented, driven to deliver high-quality client services
- Hardworking and self-motivated individual
- Energetic and flexible in fast-growing environments
- Tech savvy with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Internet tools
- Client-facing experience is desirable
