Job Description
Operation Analyst performing batch/job operations in São Paulo for a company specializing in SAP solutions. Working remotely on a rotating schedule including weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Perform batch/job operations, including monitoring and executing tasks.
- Work the second shift (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM), with a schedule that includes one weekend per month.
- Monitor and report job statuses (long-running jobs, failures, abends) in Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS) for all supported zones.
- Oversee job streams and flows, reporting errors or late completions to support teams.
- Monitor mainframe connectivity and make necessary adjustments.
- Create, execute, and modify jobs and schedules in TWS and RunMyJobs (RMJ).
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure accurate scheduling, monitoring, and reporting of workflows.
- Track support queues in ServiceNow and Jira, maintaining KPIs for incidents, requests, and change tasks.
Requirements:
- Experience with batch/job operations.
- Proficiency with tools such as Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS), RunMyJobs (RMJ), Jira, and ServiceNow.
- Intermediate English, able to participate in meetings and communicate via Microsoft Teams.
- Availability for the second shift from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
- Rotating schedule that includes weekend shifts.
