Job Description
Operations & Logistics Coordinator managing logistics for federal meetings and events. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure compliance and successful execution of client objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Independently coordinate logistics and operational activities for federal client meetings, conferences, trainings, and events
- Analyze and resolve operational, scheduling, participant, vendor, and logistical issues
- Serve as primary point of coordination with meeting participants, speakers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Interpret and apply Federal Travel Regulations (FTR) and agency travel guidance
- Support development and implementation of workflow improvements and operational efficiencies
- Monitor project timelines, identify risks, and recommend solutions
- Coordinate vendor onboarding and documentation processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Minimum of 3 years of full-time work in logistics
- Experience with federal government regulations and procedures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, database systems, virtual meeting platforms, and Docusign
