Job Description
Manage Operations & Customer Experience for a company pioneering high-end AI-powered appliances. Oversee CX, inventory, delivery, and retail operations.
Responsibilities:
- Own what it feels like to be a customer—end to end
- Set standards for customer interaction and build systems to achieve them
- Constantly improve the customer experience and build automations
- Equip delivery partners to be brand ambassadors
- Ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time
- Keep retail operations running smoothly and promote in-store experiences
Requirements:
- 4+ years of work experience in CX, operations, or logistics at a high growth physical goods business
- Experience managing 3PLs and external partners
- Comfortable in the data and build dashboards to drive decisions
- Evaluated and rolled out tools across CX or operations
- Clear communication skills, aligning teams and getting things done
- Scrappy and pragmatic, moving fast and focusing on what matters
