Job Description

Manage Operations & Customer Experience for a company pioneering high-end AI-powered appliances. Oversee CX, inventory, delivery, and retail operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Own what it feels like to be a customer—end to end
  • Set standards for customer interaction and build systems to achieve them
  • Constantly improve the customer experience and build automations
  • Equip delivery partners to be brand ambassadors
  • Ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time
  • Keep retail operations running smoothly and promote in-store experiences

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of work experience in CX, operations, or logistics at a high growth physical goods business
  • Experience managing 3PLs and external partners
  • Comfortable in the data and build dashboards to drive decisions
  • Evaluated and rolled out tools across CX or operations
  • Clear communication skills, aligning teams and getting things done
  • Scrappy and pragmatic, moving fast and focusing on what matters
