Job Description
Operations Support Engineer maintaining a virtual asset fleet for energy transition solutions. Overseeing optimisers and collaborating with engineering and product teams for operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain our virtual asset fleet, ensuring high availability
- Oversee and manage our optimisers
- Handle critical daily processes
- Support Ancillary services pre-qualification
- Support internal teams and third parties on asset onboarding
- Work with engineering teams to escalate and resolve issues
- Create and maintain internal documentation
- Collaborate closely with product, QA, and development teams
- Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Operations Support Engineer or in a similar technical support role
- Ideally battery asset management
- Strong German and English language skills
- Strong ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems
- Strong analytical mindset
- Self-directed
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Genuine enthusiasm for supporting renewable energy solutions.
- Commitment to staying updated on emerging technologies
