Job Description
Panel Engagement & Recruiting Support Specialist at L&E Research connecting clients with consumers. Engaging panelists through social media and content creation for market research activities.
Responsibilities:
- Build and run panel engagement strategies across email, our mobile app, and social media to keep participants active and satisfied.
- Own L&E’s social media presence on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, from content creation and scheduling to performance tracking and budget management.
- Create videos, graphics, and ad campaigns to recruit new participants and convert external audiences into panelists.
- Partner with the Operations team to search the L&E member database, identify qualified respondents, and support recruiting for active research projects.
- Support growth of our consumer and healthcare professional databases in targeted markets.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (preferred).
- 2 to 4 years of experience in social media marketing, community management, or digital engagement.
- Hands-on experience creating and posting content across social platforms, including paid advertising and budget management.
- Strong video editing and graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CRM or database systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
- A self-starter who can manage competing priorities independently and adapt quickly.
- Curiosity about emerging tools and technology, including AI.
- Bonus points if you have a background in market research, panel management, or community engagement.
