Job Description

IT Support Specialist providing technical expertise and application support for life sciences' Cell Health product portfolio. Operating remotely within Europe to support customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate as the central point of contact for IT application questions and technical solutions relating to Cell Health product lines.
  • Provide technical and application support to customers, sales teams, and service organizations.
  • Visit customer laboratories and collaborate directly with customer IT teams to understand technical requirements and challenges.
  • Train sales and service teams on relevant IT concepts, product requirements, and customer workflows.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or in a comparable IT infrastructure support role.
  • Proven expertise in Windows client/server environments, Active Directory, SQL databases and networking technologies.
  • Understanding of network communication protocols such as SMB or LDAP and the ability to work effectively within customer IT environments.
  • Experience in providing technical support directly to customers.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into practical solutions for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Fluent English.
  • Ability to travel up to 35% throughout assigned territories, including overnight travel. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
