Job Description
Part-time content writer owning newsletters, social, SEO, lead magnets, and CRM campaigns. Driving lead generation for TNT’s performance marketing agency serving DTC health and wellness brands.
Responsibilities:
- Own TNT's full agency-side content engine
- Write, send, and grow the newsletter
- Create social media content, including LinkedIn content and paid ads
- Produce pillar SEO content and gated content
- Own lead magnet production end-to-end
- Create auto-responder series for captured leads
- Subscribe to top thought leaders on media buying
- Participate in meetings and Slack conversations
- Interview creative strategists, performance managers, head of traffic, and other stakeholders monthly
- Extend welcome series, segmentation, and tagging
- Schedule and track newsletter statistics
- Build new opt-in flows
- Participate in quarterly strategy planning and end-of-quarter reporting
- Deliver marketing projects on time
- Synthesize client wins from the performance team into sales-ready case study decks
- Report to the Director of Creative Operations and collaborate with the creative team, performance team, and sales pipeline
- Performance measured by SQLs delivered, campaign performance, newsletter list growth, and project on-time delivery
Requirements:
- 3+ years marketing experience, ideally agency or DTC
- Professional written English fluency
- Spoken English clarity sufficient for sync and async work with a US-based team
- Performance marketing literacy, including conversion rates, CAC, LTV, MQL/SQL, and the marketing-to-sales funnel
- AI fluency in content workflow, using ChatGPT or Claude daily
- Demonstrated project ownership from strategy through execution and measurement
- Project management discipline and ability to keep multiple workstreams on schedule without hand-holding
- Nice-to-haves: DTC supplement, health & wellness, or wellness brand experience
- Nice-to-haves: Direct response / VSL funnel experience
- Nice-to-haves: CRM hands-on experience with GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or Salesforce, including automations, tagging, and opt-in flows
- Nice-to-haves: Sales or BDR background
