Job Description

Virtual Assistant supporting a boutique intellectual property law practice through various administrative tasks. Focused on operational efficiency and collaboration with a tech startup founder.

Responsibilities:

  • Research conference attendees and build targeted prospect lists for networking and business development
  • Review, refine, and improve AI-generated LinkedIn outreach messages before sending
  • Accurately enter and organize information in Daylite CRM from voice and text memos, including: Contacts Activities Opportunities Tasks Proper relationship linking between records
  • Assist with basic video editing using tools such as Descript or CapCut
  • Help assemble and schedule email campaigns
  • Provide weekly reports and assist with light project coordination
  • Manage priorities independently while meeting clear expectations and deadlines

Requirements:

  • Excellent attention to detail and strong written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and similar platforms
  • Strong judgment and editing ability when reviewing AI-generated content
  • Legal, paralegal, or tech-startup experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with Daylite or other CRM systems is a major plus (training can be provided)
  • Proactive, organized, and dependable work style
