Job Description
AI services company engineer building industry-specific ChatGPT experiences and AI prototypes for customers. Leading executive workshops and partnering with OpenAI to turn opportunities into deployable solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Engage business leaders to understand priorities and identify valuable AI applications
- Translate business problems into credible AI concepts and working technical experiences
- Help qualify opportunities with a clear view of fit and value
- Build industry-specific plugins, prototypes, demonstrations, and ChatGPT experiences
- Demonstrate what organizations can achieve with AI
- Lead AI enablement, AI-SDLC, and art-of-the-possible workshops
- Partner with OpenAI teams to prepare for customer meetings, events, and one-to-many programs
- Turn successful ideas into reusable workshop assets, technical patterns, and playbooks
- Transition qualified delivery work to Eliza's AI Deployment Managers and Forward Deployed Engineers
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience building AI applications, plugins, agents, or API integrations
- Experience in customer-facing engineering, solutions architecture, technical consulting, or forward-deployed roles
- Ability to establish credibility with business executives while going deep with engineering teams
- Strong product and commercial judgment
- Comfort operating independently and turning ambiguous ideas into working demonstrations
- Willingness to travel for customer workshops, OpenAI events, and in-person programs
- Preferred: experience building on the OpenAI platform, including ChatGPT apps and plugins, Assistants, or agent frameworks
- Preferred: experience creating workshop content, technical enablement programs, or one-to-many demonstrations
