Job Description

Partner Enablement Manager at cybersecurity SaaS company developing enablement programs for reseller partners. Clarifying product positioning, enabling sales confidence, and driving partner readiness.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver a virtual enablement program that guides partners through prospecting, pipeline generation, qualification and closing specific to Flare.
  • Run ongoing, live partner enablement sessions to keep partners current on product innovation, competitive positioning, and market shifts
  • Curate and manage the Partner Portal with training content, marketing assets, and certifications that drive real partner readiness
  • Design tiered certification programs that validate partner expertise across sales motions and vertical use cases
  • Create co-selling frameworks with joint value propositions, partner-specific playbooks, and aligned sales execution models
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Product Marketing, and Sales to translate internal capabilities into partner-consumable enablement
  • Collaborate with MSSP partners to build sales confidence through training, shadowing, and co-selling through an initial onboarding program and ongoing development
  • Build strong relationships with partner sales teams and ensure consistent alignment with Flare’s go-to-market strategy.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of total work experience with SaaS products in the cybersecurity space
  • Proven experience designing and scaling end-to-end enablement programs and certification frameworks from inception
  • Extensive experience owning and operating partner portals, learning management systems, and large-scale content ecosystems
  • Strong grasp of enterprise software sales motions, partner ecosystem models, and channel-led go-to-market strategies
  • Strong capabilities in strategic planning, program management, and cross-functional execution in complex environments
  • Hands-on experience with product demos, technical positioning, and consultative selling.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to build confidence with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple partners and priorities simultaneously.
  • A passion for teaching, coaching, and empowering others to succeed.
