Job Description
Manager of Pro Takeoffs leading a team and managing daily activities in a Pro market for Home Depot. Driving customer service, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of field-based Takeoff Specialists and quoters
- Manage daily Pro takeoff activities, project management, and support of takeoff capabilities
- Support direct reports in customer takeoff pre-call meetings
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve product offerings
- Drive engagement and handle escalations from customers and sales associates
- Provide direction and support that aligns with THD Pro strategies
Requirements:
- 5+ years of previous related work experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Working knowledge of Tableau
- Working knowledge of presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
