Job Description
Partner Services Consultant driving adoption and success of Autodesk products through partner enablement. Collaborating with technical sales and sales to optimize service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Enable partners to deliver high-quality implementation and support services aligned with Autodesk standards
- Build strong relationships with partners, providing guidance and conducting regular business reviews to optimize performance
- Design and refine scalable service programs that enhance Autodesk solution adoption and customer success
- Assist partners in resolving service challenges, addressing customer escalations, and improving delivery efficiency
- Ensure partner services align with Autodesk’s evolving product offerings, keeping them informed on updates and best practices
Requirements:
- Deep understanding of Autodesk products and technical implementation
- Ability to convey complex information clearly to partners and stakeholders
- Skill in identifying growth opportunities and optimizing partner relationships
- Proficiency in diagnosing and addressing technical and service-related challenges
