Job Description
Technischer Kundenberater für klarx, einen digitalen Baulogistiker und Baumaschinenvermieter. Betreuung italienischer Mietprojekte, Vermietpartner und Kunden remote aus Italien oder Deutschland.
Responsibilities:
- Engage rental partners in key regions of Italy, negotiate terms together with Partnership Management, and build strong relationships with rental branches
- Advise customers on equipment requirements, operating conditions, and timelines
- Coordinate with Key Account Management, which maintains the customer relationship in Germany
- Visit construction sites when required
- Take end-to-end responsibility for rental operations in Italy: procurement, logistics, ongoing support, returns, and invoicing
- Analyze market potential by region, customer segment, and equipment category
- Act as a subject-matter and cultural bridge between the Italian market and German processes
- Identify processes that are not suitable for the Italian market and develop optimized solutions
- Collaborate with the Head of Operations, Key Account Management, and Partnership Management
Requirements:
- Business-fluent Italian and a genuine understanding of the Italian market, ideally with an existing network in the construction or equipment rental sector
- Experience independently managing projects or customer relationships
- Experience working remotely or a clear willingness to do so
- Structured, independent working style and proactive communication within the team
- Strong affinity for digital solutions in the construction industry
- Data-driven and analytical approach
- Reliable, clear communication with customers, partners, and team members
- Strong negotiation skills
- Business-fluent German or English for collaboration with the team in Munich
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Italy
- Experience in construction equipment rental, construction, industrial installation, or construction logistics is an additional advantage
- Existing contacts at rental branches in Italy are an additional advantage
- Experience in renewable energy, particularly ground-mounted photovoltaic projects, is an additional advantage
- Technical understanding of earthmoving and construction equipment, aerial work platforms, and construction machinery is an additional advantage
- Familiarity with ERP and BI systems is an additional advantage
