Job Description
Partner Support Specialist providing professional support to BMO partners with investment-related inquiries. Ensuring compliance and operational excellence while delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Acts as the primary point of contact for Financial Planners, Private Bankers, Regional Sales Managers, and Branch Partners
- Owns and follows up on complex files
- Understands customer needs and delivers tailored wealth and investment-related solutions
- Manages transactional outcomes and escalates unresolved situations as needed
- Reviews and processes documentation during Partner and customer interactions
- Maintains current knowledge of investment markets and integrates insights into customer conversations
- Incorporates relevant marketing programs and promotions into customer interactions
- Adheres to all regulatory and compliance requirements including Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of BMO Investment / BMO InvestorLine products and services
- Understanding of competitive market trends and product offerings
- Familiarity with risk management and compliance practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingualism (French and English) preferred
- Strong collaboration and team skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
