Job Description
Líder técnico conduzindo projetos de software web, móvel e em nuvem no Inatel. Definindo arquiteturas, revisando código e orientando equipes de desenvolvimento.
Responsibilities:
- Technically lead software development projects by proposing high-performance, flexible solutions that account for scalability, reliability, and performance
- Develop high-level applications
- Resolve complex technical issues and provide technical support to the team
- Prepare functional specifications for projects
- Define and document the logical and executable architecture of systems
- Design software for continuous integration and delivery
- Provide solutions and support for developing mobile, web, and server-side application features
- Plan and monitor project technical activities
- Provide training, guidance, and technical support to the team
- Review developed code in accordance with technology best practices
- Ensure the quality and integrity of developed technical artifacts
- Develop and maintain coding standards and technical documentation
- Promote the adoption of new technologies and methodologies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field, such as Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Science
- Experience with DevOps practices, including Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and monitoring
- Proficiency in developing web solutions using frameworks such as React and Node.js
- Experience developing mobile applications using frameworks such as React Native and Expo
- Experience with cloud solutions
- Advanced knowledge of relational and non-relational databases
- Advanced knowledge of web services
- Advanced knowledge of design patterns
- Advanced knowledge of project modeling
- Advanced knowledge of code analysis and version control tools
- Knowledge of automated and unit testing
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, especially Scrum
- Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies
- Knowledge of project management tools such as JIRA
- Ability to use UX/UI design tools
- Understanding of layouts created in Figma
