Job Description
People Development Manager shaping AI-powered learning at Evri, a UK parcel delivery company. Designing leadership, digital and blended development experiences across the organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and continuous improvement of learning experiences across the organisation
- Create engaging digital, virtual, face-to-face and blended learning solutions
- Drive innovation in learning design, technology and delivery methods
- Lead the adoption of AI-enabled learning solutions and future skills programmes
- Design impactful leadership and management development experiences
- Partner with stakeholders to identify capability needs and development priorities
- Use data and colleague insights to enhance learning effectiveness
- Define and measure the impact of learning interventions
- Lead, coach and develop a team of learning professionals
- Support major business transformation and change initiatives
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and development across Evri
Requirements:
- Significant experience within Learning & Development, Organisational Development or People Development
- Experience designing and implementing large-scale learning programmes
- Strong expertise in instructional design and learning experience design
- Experience leading and developing teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Strong project and programme management capability
- Experience using digital learning technologies and platforms
- Ability to use data and insights to drive learning outcomes
- Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills
- Passion for innovation, colleague development and future capability building
- Desirable: Experience embedding AI solutions within learning or people development
- Desirable: Experience supporting organisational change and transformation
- Desirable: Knowledge of learning experience platforms and AI-powered learning technologies
- Desirable: CIPD or a relevant Learning & Development qualification
