Job Description

Junior Personnel Department Analyst for Vetta's People team managing benefits and hiring processes. Opportunity to engage in exciting projects for a sustainable future.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and administer the procurement of benefits, including transportation vouchers (vale-transporte) and meal allowance (vale-alimentação);
  • Verify and calculate employees' vacation pay;
  • Handle hiring/onboarding processes;
  • Verify and calculate employment termination (severance) amounts;
  • Coordinate termination homologation processes (where applicable);
  • Process employee record changes such as job title, cost center, department, and salary;
  • Provide support to employees to clarify questions related to People Services processes.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of benefits administration and hiring/onboarding processes;
  • Knowledge of vacation pay and termination/severance calculations;
  • Familiarity with e-Social;
  • Knowledge of labor legislation;
  • Intermediate Excel skills;
  • Good communication and organizational skills;
  • Experience with Protheus (TOTVS) system is a plus.
