Responsibilities:

  • Handle support requests for the Fertilizers and Chemical Gas Units
  • Support internal process audits within the management department
  • Collect and process logistics and financial indicators, and monitor cost evolution
  • Prepare presentations and organize corporate events
  • Develop spreadsheets and charts and manipulate internal data
  • Identify and control internal costs and support the annual financial planning
  • Conduct the annual fixed assets inventory (Asset Inventory)
  • Lead monthly Critical Review Meetings (RACs)
  • Plan and manage mandatory training for internal staff

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Economics
  • MBA in Business Management or Logistics Management preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in related functions
  • Full ability to support internal management process planning, including actions to achieve targets and monitor task execution
  • Strong knowledge of PDCA and 5W2H techniques
  • Strong knowledge of administrative tools for processing logistics and financial indicators
  • Intermediate level English
  • Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project and Power BI
  • Aptitude for preparing presentations and organizing corporate events
  • Ability to create spreadsheets and charts and manipulate internal data
  • Intermediate knowledge of SAP
