Job Description
Consultor PLM/Arquiteto de Solução especialista em Teamcenter para implementação e configuração da plataforma. Suporte para todo o ciclo de desenvolvimento de produtos da empresa.
Responsibilities:
- Work on the architecture and implementation of the PLM solution using Teamcenter (Siemens).
- Configure and deploy Teamcenter modules related to the product development lifecycle.
- Model product development and industrialization processes within the PLM platform.
- Structure and configure preliminary and final Bills of Materials (BOMs).
- Configure processes for managing specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Implement features related to production yield calculation.
- Structure and configure Pre-Production, Pilot Production and First Production processes.
- Implement solutions for managing technical documents and digital assets (DMS).
- Define and configure workflows, approval flows and process governance.
- Ensure traceability and control of decisions throughout the product lifecycle.
- Work on the integration of Teamcenter with SAP S/4HANA, ensuring consistency between master and transactional data.
- Integrate the solution with satellite systems used in the product development process, including spreadsheets and legacy systems.
- Support the definition of the PLM solution's data architecture and integration approach.
- Collaborate with business, engineering, IT and SAP teams to ensure the solution aligns with corporate processes.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience with PLM solutions.
- Proven experience with Teamcenter (Siemens) in implementation or solution architecture.
- Experience configuring Teamcenter modules.
- Experience with Bill of Materials (BOM) management.
- Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM).
- Experience modeling product development processes.
- Experience with integrations between corporate systems.
- Experience in integration projects with SAP S/4HANA or enterprise ERPs.
- Knowledge of workflow modeling and process governance.
