Job Description
PMO Analyst supporting operational functions within Service Partner Management for a high-speed connectivity leader. Managing forecasting and partner onboarding activities across the global ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operational cadence for SPM across regions
- Own partner forecasting and maintain accuracy of demand and capacity data
- Coordinate and track RFQ activity
- Support Customer Operations with tactical partner-related queries
- Coordinate partner onboarding activities and documentation
- Maintain structured trackers, dashboards, and routine reporting
- Identify operational bottlenecks and propose solutions
Requirements:
- 0-3 years’ experience in PMO, operations, business support or delivery coordination
- Strong organisational and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple parallel tasks
- Confident communicator
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and data-driven reporting
- Process-oriented mindset
