Job Description

PMO Analyst supporting operational functions within Service Partner Management for a high-speed connectivity leader. Managing forecasting and partner onboarding activities across the global ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operational cadence for SPM across regions
  • Own partner forecasting and maintain accuracy of demand and capacity data
  • Coordinate and track RFQ activity
  • Support Customer Operations with tactical partner-related queries
  • Coordinate partner onboarding activities and documentation
  • Maintain structured trackers, dashboards, and routine reporting
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and propose solutions

Requirements:

  • 0-3 years’ experience in PMO, operations, business support or delivery coordination
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple parallel tasks
  • Confident communicator
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and data-driven reporting
  • Process-oriented mindset
